Buschur put together a three-kill streak late in Set 1 to push the Norse to a 25-21 win.  The senior middle hitter accounted for exactly half of the team’s 16 kills in the opening frame as NKU hit .361 as a team in Set 1.

A seven-point rally by the Crimson (2-4) set an early tone in Set 2, but NKU was able to stay composed before rattling off a 12-3 run to close out the set with a 25-21 win.

Net defense became key in Set 3 for the Norse, who picked up five blocks in the frame, including three by Buschur.  The teams traded matching 8-1 runs early in the set and went back-and-forth on the scoreboard to 20-20.  Harvard got a pair of kills to go up in the set before the Norse shut the door with a 4-1 run to end the match.
