Homemade Baked Beans

1/2 lb. sliced bacon cut into 1″ pieces
1 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1/2-2/3 c. brown sugar (dark is best)
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. worchestershire sauce (Lea & Perrins)
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tsp. yellow mustard
2 tsp. tabasco pepper sauce (optional)
2 cans (15- 16-oz. ) dark red kidney beans
2 cans (15- 16-oz.) navy beans
2 cans (15- 16-oz.) pinto beans

Preheat oven to 35F. Cook bacon in skillet till crispy. Remove and drain all but 2 tbsp. of grease. Cook onion and garlic in grease till translucent. Add vinegar, ketchup, worchestershire sauce, mustard and tobasco. Add beans. Cook till bubbly. Pour into covered baking dish. Bake 30 min.
