The Breds (23-33, 8-19 OVC) got on the board in the sixth with a two-out rally started by a Ty Stetson hustle double to right center.  Travis Isaak followed with an RBI single through the left side.

EKU broke the game open in the eighth as a pair of singles and a walk loaded the bases with one out.  Alex Hughes was hit by a pitch to score a run, before Sean Hagen plated two runs with a single through the right side.  Phipps plated the fourth run with a sacrifice bunt.
